How to set up a Honeywell T-Series Thermostat to the Ecoer unit.
* The Thermostat is shipped with a setup of Cooling Only operation we must configure the electronic menu to operate as a Heat Pump.
To set up the unit for heat pump operation make sure the wiring is as below:
The R wire should be connected to R and the jumper in the up position
1) The thermostat will power on and display the following screen:
2) Press and hold the menu button for 5 seconds until the DEVICE SETUP screen is displayed
3) Choose System Type
4) Scroll to HEAT PUMP
5) Go back to system setup menu and chose SYSTEM TEST
6) Start the test (this will eliminate any system startup delays.
