Some the 2nd Generation Window AC from Denali Aire are currently experiencing some issues where all the lights on the control panel starts flashing and the control panel displays an error code 88.
Unfortunately, there is not much can be done to resolve the issue.
Please reset the unit and wait for 2 minutes. If the problem persist we will need to process a warranty store return or a warranty replacement.

-Model Number
-Serial number
-Date of Purchase
-Video of the control panel flashing lights and error code
