1) Denali Aire window Air Conditioners that are set to the Auto mode will not turn off.

2) If the unit is in AUTO MODE it will not turn off. In AUTO MODE the unit switches between COOL-FAN-DRY mode but stays running.

3) If the consumer wants the unit to cycle off, the unit has to be set to COOL mode and ECO.
